I thought you and me were the ultimate dads? Well at least in our a kids eyes. Where did you find Cosby with a cigar? I never would have thought of him having one.

ReplyDeleteI found a few pictures of Cosby with a cigar in the Life archives.
Cosby smoked cigars quite a bit. I think he appeared with one on an album cover, but I could be wrong.
ReplyDeleteCosby was always funny back in the day. Some of his early albums still have me laughing when I listen to them today. And the first 2 or 3 years of The Cosby Show still hold up.
This is cool. Now that I'm thinking about it Cos was actually pretty stylin' in the early years. That sweater he's rockin' up top is pretty fresh. Of course, he has always been known for his sweater game.
ReplyDeleteMy wife and I saw him in Chicago a few years ago after we got married. It was just him on stage sitting on a chair talking about marriage. He pulled two newly weds on stage and helped them with their marriage, as only he could. He also did some bits from some of his records. It is still one of the funniest shows that we've seen.
